These terms govern your use of Recruit Games. By creating an account you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Recruit Games and provide accurate information. Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's permission, confirmed at sign-up (see our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for activity on your account.
We provide tools to build a recruiting profile, find coaches, and send outreach emails on your behalf. We do not guarantee recruitment, tryouts, scholarships, roster spots, offers, or any response from a coach.
You agree that the transcripts, test scores, film, and stats on your profile are genuine and belong to the athlete. You're responsible for the emails sent on your behalf and agree not to use the service to spam, harass, or mislead coaches. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or send false information.
Paid plans (Single, Family, Coach) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Email caps apply per your plan.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruit Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
